What has held you back from getting Dragon's Crown?

I am interested in the game, it reminds me a lot of Odin Sphere. But I keep hoping for a BLack Friday sale, PS+ deal to come along and nab it. How about you?

GameFAQs' Spiffiest Vampire.
The 3DS and PSVita are both outstanding systems. Wally the Equality Weasel says so.

I bought both the PS3 and Vita version.

Doesn't look or sound like it's worth what they're asking. I'd probably pay $20 for it.

I've heard marvelous things about it, and two of my buddies own it as well. But I'll tell you that the artwork is overly exaggerated. The sorceress looks as though she belongs in porn and let's not get into the other female characters... But you will still have fun though, if you don't mind playing through the single player content before playing through multiplayer content.

I dunno, it seemed like a clunky beat-em-up and the art style isn't holding much of my interest. I'm no Polygon reviewer, but playing this game at home will generate LOTS of negativity with my family.

The elf is fine though. She can't bounce.

You will be disappointed if you are expecting another Odin Sphere. This game is a beat em up at its core although you do find items and get experience at the end of each adventure. I bought the PS3 version, but I did not want to play it any more after beating the main "story" with one character. The story is exactly the same for each character so I did not feel like playing it anymore. To be honest though, there is barely any story in this game.
