MicroSD is pretty much a given, but Sony wouldn't do that because everyone would abandon the proprietary memory cards.

I'm not all that tech savvy, what's "larger internal storage that works with addef storage" translate to?

That's supposed to be "added." The Vita 2000 has 1 GB of internal storage, which gets disabled if you use a memory card. That poll option assumes the internal storage would be used in conjunction with memory cards.

Initially I was going to say MicroSD storage, but I already have a 32 GB Vita memory card so that just means I would be forced to buy another card. I want analog R2/L2 buttons, considering my Vita is basically going to be a PS4 accessory for the rest of its life.

By far, microSD storage.

BTW the AMOLED thing has been discussed, and in all likelihood, the Vita-1000 already uses an AMOLED screen.

The L2 and R2.
I'd also like for it to support USB 3.0. This taking an hour or more to back up stuff... that ain't funny.

The Vita transfers at about 4MB/s, the same s class 4 microSD. USB 2.0 supports up to 30 MB/s. The USB interface is not the bottleneck.
