Transferring games from vita to vita

I'm still new to the vita. Just got mine about a month ago. And my brother was willing to buy me an import version of the vita 2000 from nippon yasan. I was wondering if you can download the games you own on the other vita and also transfer your save files. Or is it like the 3ds where you have to do some kind of system transfer?

I checked around gamefaqs and couldn't find any topic regarding this.

You can do this by connecting the Vita to a PC or PS3.

so to download the games you bought into another vita, you have to transfer the files into your computer?

Swap the memory card from one Vita to the other. Or you can sign into your PSN account and download them. Or back everything up to a PS3 or PC and transfer to a new memory card in your new Vita.

So you can sign in with your psn account and everything you've ever bought can be downloaded from there? I've been a 3DS user for a long time so the only way i know is their system transfer. Worried that it might have to be like that because i'm giving the old 1000 to a friend who is going to move far. Most of my games are digital btw, only have psabr as retail.

You can link up to 2 handhelds to the PSN account and access the same account content on both of them. As simple as that.
