I'm confused! The vita slim seems like a downgrade from old vita?

Is 2000 out? How are there so many impressions?

It is in Europe and Japan, iirc.

Its in UK, not in Europe. If it was in Europe i should be able to find it from somehwere else than from only UK.

I'm annoyed when people says its released in Europe, when its only released in small part of Europe.

And yes i know i'm being annoying as hell.

The only "downgrade" is the screen, and even that is debatable.

The only possible "downgrade" is the screen. Everything else is improved in the new model.

If you import a Slim from Japan, besides the 1gb of memory does it come with a memory card?

I'm getting pretty tired of these topics. Seems like there's a new one every day. Anyway, as an owner of a Japanese Vita 2000 since October, I agree with this sentiment:

Remember the OLED screen may look a bit better, but it's also prone to issues.

No.

DLC, online passes and the rise of casual budget gaming have ruined the video game industry.

Could not agree less, the new Vita is an upgrade in every way I can see. As for the screen, I personally have always hated my vita's OLED screen, was over the moon to see the revised version didn't come with one. No worry about burn-in, screen degrading as the years go by, and of course, this, which annoyed me to no end every time a black loadscreen came up.

Really don't care if OLED is better than a quality standard I'm already perfectly happy with if it's riddled with issues.

I was having a great day. Then I discovered Zero Escape 3 was put on hold. There were no more great days.

Thank you Fwibbles. I was going to get one for myself and wasn't sure if I should sell my mem card along with my old vita.
