Question about transfering content from 1000 Vita to 2000 Vita

Okay I'm getting a slim on Tuesday so:

From what I understand all I need to do is associate the new Vita with my PSN, take the memory card out of the old one and pop in into the new one, but:

-Is there any license transferring shenanigans I need to do to?
-Any limitations like what happens with games not allowing trophies to unlock if a different PSN account plays them that I need to look out for?
-I'm selling the old Vita so I never to deactivate the license on that one correct? How do I do so?

...Add pretty much anything you can think of. I don't want to run into any weird issues after switching systems!

Games are attached to your PSN account, not your device which is a clever trick that not all game publishers have adopted yet. Just move your memory card to your new system and be certain that you do a system format on your 1000 before you sell it. Of course you have to activate the new system as well and it should be as simple as signing into your PSN account.
