I mean the poster on the in-game board that uses the word "trap" is trying to be insulting and mean. It's pretty clearly one of those "the opinions expressed in this game are not our own" things.

To be fun fun fun, mirror world - Baby burn burn burn, stand by my side.

Um, this kinda sounds like people are overeating.
Or am I just unfamiliar with the term to understand the seriousness?
Can't wait for Oreshika

The type of person that would be offended by this deserves to be offended.

If you happen to not know this, “trap” is an offensive term in the transgender community as it implies that someone that’s transgender is a liar, deceiver, and trying to trick people, when in actuality they’re just being who they are.

It is not, Melendez, you f***ing degenerate.

Traps are called traps, because the author made them look like girls only "to trap" people into thinking it would be a girl.

its true that trap refers to a guy who looks like a girl but identifies as a guy. the problem is that people dont realize how to use the term properly and end up calling transgendered people traps in real life which they find offensive. although i do agree that people are complaining for the sake of complaining. its pretty obvious that pitter is supposed to be a parody of online message boards.
