Anarchy Reigns

So some people cut the leg off while I was just running toward it and I saw the green circle glowing to ride it. Got on the thing, and not a second later was flying back down into the ground while another person got on its back. Ran around the thing for 5 seconds seeing if there was a message popping up to knock the rider off but there wasn't.

Does the person who cut off the leg have the ability to knock others off it or something? When you get on is there a small window for somebody else to take your place?
Did I experience crazybad lag?

Just curious for the future.

I imagine that was a latency bug. I've noticed something similar with Death Ball - I brawl with a few others for the ball, and have it in my hands as I run off - only to have it fly off into another players hands.

This. Happens to me sometimes in Death Ball.
