A no visual compromise, Frostibite engine BF3 DayZ expansion or BFBC3?

If you were able to have one of these things Q1 2013, which would you select? Selecting one causes the other to not come out at all/at least a year from 2013.

Details:
The BF3 DayZ will have mechanics like suppression, destruction etc.
The BF3 DayZ will have true 1:1 PC server browsing and hosting. No pay to rent.
You die in BF3 DayZ, you lose all your Battlelog stats for that character as well
All vehicles including jets make an appearance, along with new ones. However it is unclear if any will be able to be manned without finding parts etc.

DayZ but with basic vehicles, don't need tanks, gunships, or jets.

What is it with DayZ where every single game must have its own version of it now. Seems every game people suggest a DayZ expansion. If you want it then get a PC.
