Boring so far... When do you get to play as Connor?

It feels unbelievably slow so far. I just rescued a guy from Silas.

Thanks

Initially I was also somewhat impatiently waiting for Connor to show up on the scene, but actually I quite enjoyed those early sequences of the game.

And in terms of story they definitely do seem to pay off (I'm only in sequence 6 so I'm not much further yet).

I felt this way too. The "prologue" is too long imo. But it ends well anyway.

I,ve found the prologue indeed slow. Sequenece 3 pick up a little bit. Bu the ending was worth it. I would have cut the travel in ship because I tought it didn't bring much.

I've skipped every cut scene so far so I don't even know what the game is about. I just want to play as the main character. It is too drawn out.

It's a story heavy game, you skipping most the prologue is foolish.
I won't be surprised when you come back here asking question about what's going on later on.
