1 is north of the soth fort in the frontier. Located in Troys wood. Its almost in the line of Troys Wood and Concord
2nd one os East of the Fort located in Black creek. A little bit south of Connors Village and to the West.
As far as best hunting grounds I have found:
Bears:Easter part of PackanackNear a river, a hunting quest will bring you there. South part of Johns Town, near the water.
Fox: East of the SouthWest fort in the frontier.
Bobcat: In packanack, there is a mini restricted area near the center of it. Go west of it and you will find plenty of Bobcats
Rabbits,Racoons and Beavers, they are easy to find. The places where I have found hunting them easily is on <concord and Lexington.
Deers:SouthEast section of Kanién;Keh pretty easy.
Elk: a Bit north of the Fort located in Black creek.
Cougars: Only place I have found a sure way to grind this is on northern part of Kanién;Keh, there is a place where the river is narrow, there is a tree where you can cross the river into the mountains. There is a Cougar there, kill it and suicide yourself after that so it can respawn. Cougars are pretty hard to find tbh.
Now for anyone trying to unlock the hunting challenge of completing your hunting map:
Johns town: -Rabbit -Bear -Fox - Elk
Kanién;Keh -Rabbit -Fox -Deer -Cougar
Black Creek -Bobcat -Elk -Beaver -Rabbit
Valley Forge: -Racoon -Rabbit -Beaver -Elk
Packanack: -Rabbit -Beaver -Cougar -Elk
Diamond Basin: -Beaver -Deer -Wolf -Cougar
Concord: -Rabbit -Racoon -Beaver -Deer
Lexington: -Rabbit -Racoon -Fox -Deer
Great Piece Hills: -Rabbit -Elk -Wolf -Bobcat
Scotch Plains: -Rabbit -Racoon -Deer -Cougar
Troys Wood -Rabbit -Deer -Elk -Wolf
Monmouth: -Elk -Racoon -Rabbit -Fox
Sorry if old.

This is great! Thanks! I will note that a guide says the cabins will appear on the map after you skin your first animal and are approached by a member. WRONG! Not sure whether the devs changed their minds or what, but THANKS!
For the cabins in a bit more detail, the one in the Northwest is about midway between the fort and his former village, just West of where the hunting regions all intersect (Black Creek, Kanien:keh, and Diamond Basin).
And for the southern one, I was looking north of the wrong fort. It's due north of Fort St. Mathieu, which is the second to southern-most fort (right by the exit to New York). As the TC says, it's in Troy's Woods, almost on the border with Concord. As with the northern cabin, it is just West of the intersection of 3 different hunting regions: the aforementioned and Scotch Plains.
