Yes there is; take a look at the abilities. It's a option that sends out a matrix-like grid that prevents the target (in this case, the persuer) from using their abilities or attacking or stunning for a few seconds.


wrong wrong wrong its called wipe not mute and it only disables their abilites they can still kill or stun you. Its no longer like it was in brotherhood or revelations

Knives actually allows you to reduce your pursuers kill range, take care though as getting close to their range will allow them to stun you, or if they have smokebomb, they will still be able to deploy it.
