Why did ubisoft think its was a good idea to nerf firecrackers?

It seemed pretty balanced to me in revalations and brotherhood.

Too OP. Abilities should be balanced, like smoke bomb is.

Firecrackers were nerfed in ACR too though.

They've been practically useless since ACR

Meh, I still think they are helpfull for finding targets in crowds, to to b,ind them while you poison them

What was excactly nerfed about firecrackers? It still has a relevantly short cooldown.

In BH they did blind people. Like, totally.

In Rev they just distorted the targets vision and in III the blinding effect doesn't last very long like in BH.

Lol I remember. In Manhunt sessions on BH, people either had the Firecracker+Smoke combo or the Mute + Smoke combo. Majority of the time it was the firecrackers, not only because it literally made you go blind, but because of the duration as well.
