ive been getting some weapon rewards like a war tomohawk but i cant figure out how to find it

Yep.

In the Homestead basement (where Achilles keeps the Assassin outfit). There's a section to the right of the Templar portraits.

how do you get down there? the doors in the kitchen right? seems like its alwasy locked

Before you enter the kitchen, there's a candelabra to the right.

When you go up to it, it'll give you the interact prompt. Just hit circle and Connor will pull it.
