if you look at his Axe..I am not sure about hidden blade....

the head of his axe is the Assassins Symbol.

And as far as the hidden blade goes, I am going to put in my 2 cents and say it might not be in the game. Just because I would assume that different Assassin guilds around the world might have differant training and weapens.. example... Ezio didn't get a hook-blade till he was in constipale(sp)(revelations) and the Asian assassin didnt have a hidden blade but poison needles. So this area, depending on who trained him might be something completely differant.

1. The hidden blade is as much a symbol to the assassins as their creed, it would be really stupid to not include it.
2. It is true that in revelations they introduced the hookblade and yes it is most likely in different parts of the world that guilds have different training and weapons. However this is not relevant because Constantinople assassins still had their hidden blades.
3. the asian assassin(don't remember the name) didn't have a hidden blade but i don't recall her being a traditional assassin, the reason she even went to ezio was to learn more about the assassins and how to make the guild in her country

ignore the video but on the picture at the side, I'm pretty sure that's a hidden blade on his left arm.
