Agreed. In any other industry, if we bought a defective product, we'd be compensated. In the gaming industry, we're told to **** off and wait for a patch, as if we shouldn't expect our product to work efficiently to begin with. --- Pretend there are awe-inspiring lyrics or oh-so-hilarious quotations here, please.

That would just further justify that the game would've been better as a rent than purchase, though.
I could have saved $58 (including tax) by getting this game for five days and completing the storyline; I bought it expecting the MP to work, for something to do when I wanted to slow my pace in the game without making the game become redundant. --- Pretend there are awe-inspiring lyrics or oh-so-hilarious quotations here, please.
