Catch a Courier? I can't even find a Courier!

Found this in the PS3 board can confirm that it works in Bos,

Dtoks post is the one im referring to.

Basically get to Notorius level 3, and keep killing until Jagers appear, when you start taking out about 4-6 of them a courier will then appear seems to work every time.

This works , I was so happy , I ended up letting him live after I got him
