Isn't Connor in his 20s? Wouldn't that make her like 20 or so years older? How does she look exactly the same?

She has good genes! Besides, she was probably in her early 20's when she died, so it's not that far-fetched to believe she's barely 40 or just past it. Remember, folks had kids young back then; very young.

Well the DLC takes place after Washington's refusal to step down from his 2nd term and instead naming himself monarch. His 2nd term ended in 1797 and Connor was born in 1756 which makes Connor 40 or 41 (assuming the DLC takes place in 1797 and not a few years after) would place his mom in her 60's.

If you want an in-universe answer, it's an alternate history scenario that is in a computer simulation of genetic memory. Perhaps, since Connor never saw her age, the animus just projects her as she was when she died.
