I still get 5-10 fps, and the work-around suggested on the official site to uninstall 3D vision does nothing to help.

I've also downloaded the newest driver for my card

I have a gtc 560 btw

That's strange, I am getting about 40fps with most settings high (expect for shadow) at 1280x720 with 9800gt. You should test your video card with another game see if the problem persists. If so, then your video card may have some driver problems.

I'm having problems playing also. I've been playing skyrim on high settings for over 200hrs of play with no problem so I don't think its my rigg. I try playing on the lowest settings but still can't play for more than 5min before it freezes. Hope someone figures this out I'd like to play already.
