No worries-read this again from the top post :"The percentage remaining of his current bar can be determined by using the circles underneath as a reference: the circles stop at exactly 50% of the bar, and the length from the beginning of one circle to the beginning of the next circle is 5% of a bar. Two circle-lengths would therefore be 10% of the bar, and so on."
So count the amount of lit circles (blips) thats the first number-if the current health bar were exactly at the last blip or circle from left to right that's exactly 50% or .5 of the current bar- so now there are 10 lit circles and from what you reported roughly 40% left of this current full bar -so roughly 10.4 is what you reported. 50% of the current bar plus the 10 lit circles would be a 10.5-hope this helps
