got lucky final blow last night on 3rd ur fight. just missed window on 75 after rushing from work. Still got the angel fist I wanted though - YAY!I can see how this is getting people hooked.

I have a question. How many fights do you need to get all item bags? I think i got like 6 from fighting 3 times against 75..

Also, does it matter what heart I hit when grinding him? (i like stab behind knee)

If you want the actual items you need to get the killing blow. (actual items as in weapons and masks) There's a forum on the apparent rates of how much you participate and what items you get from that amount of participation, but the only real items you want are the ones you get from killing blow, otherwise just grind offline ur-dragon.
