I think it's safe to say it would be really hard to find a pattern based on region. The US is up and down like ... Something that goes up and down a lot.

I entered with 1.8

I seems like there is three dragons.
1. the lowest health is ranging from .6-.8
2. Second lowest probably has 1 bar left by now
3. have about 1.8

If you look at the updates it makes sence that there is three dragon's

came in at 2 Us manage too drop it down too 1.7 took out two hearts watch it regain them.
