Tears are glitched

When you have 3 wake frags they automatically fuse, now i think having 3 tears of each dragon type should led to an automatic fuse for a new item that improves rare drops... It is ot happening

wait... you think tears are glitched because they dont do something that you wish they could do?

Certainly not a glitch. But I see what he means.
With the item descriptions of all the tears, you would think they would fuse together to create an item that boosts drops. However, as we know is not the case, just simply having them gives you the boon. I can see what TC means, but yes, certainly not a "glitch" per se.

Go stand in front of a mirror.
Try to focus not at yourself, but at an object behind you in the reflection. Preferably something above and to the right of your head.
Despite there being no actual depth in the mirror, you should notice your reflection becoming blurry in your periphereal vision.
Now punch yourself in the face.
