One time I was fighting a drake way underlevel and had pretty much run out of curatives. Had been fighting it for a good thirty minutes or something.

Anyway the drake was about to grab me because I got too greedy with scarlet kisses when a warrior pawn I hired shouted "The dragon...here? Why?!" and ran in and got grabbed instead of me.

He then got possessed and chased me around the battlefield for a bit, then we all died. I'd like to think he meant well though.

so I was wandering around the Grand Soren vicinity, mostly looking for a Gryphon to pick on, when I decided to see what happens when you grab an ox, remembering a very amusing game of wild boar catch my pawn and I had enjoyed the previous day. my character, being the genius he is, decides to mount the ox's head in what I can only describe as a "face humping" position (I swear my intention was more "ride it like a horsey"). thus poised ready to hump an ox's face into oblivion, my pawn chimes in "Take care Arisen, your actions may greatly determine the outcome of our quests." I busted out laughing for a good 10 minutes, only laughing harder as the ox tired of my nonsense and threw me at least 15 feet in the air, at which point gravity took hold and I landed gracefully on my face. Then my pawn proceeds to shoot the ox for it's brazen assault upon my person. that'll show it.

Entered Chamber of Lament, ready to take down an Offline Ur Dragon. Forgot to throw my pawn to The Brine, but after exterminating the three pawns in Lament and running to the center of the battlefield, iEatSausage fell through the ground and her death was the light switch for my Autonomy augment.

Praise the Seneschal for her sacrifice to shorten my kill time from 4 minutes, to 1 minute and 47 seconds.

My sadistic pawn was having AI issues and wouldn't do anything ever since the Griphin quest (unequiped her to let it live so I could do the entire fight and when done and re equiped she became a pacifist barely fighting. Once I reached the post dragon I got mobed by Hellhounds on the way to Gran Soren. She just watches as one blasts me and they all swarm and start biting all my limbs. At this point she snaps, uses implicate and in a dance of twirling death takes them all out before I could get back up. She has been a killing machine ever since.

My moment was early on. My first cyclops encounter... I remember it well.

My main character, being who they are, blindly rushed the beast waving a really big sword in the air all crazy-like. Just as she was about to be clubbed like a baby seal, Celestynne came in all dominatrix like and whipped the beasty with a whip of lightning... It was magnificent!

I was really low on HP and a trio of goblins was running at me. I held my shield up but ran out of stamina. As they approach me, my arisen is huffing and puffing and holding his knees. PING - ranger pawn kills the goblin on the left. PING - ranger pawn kills the goblin on the right. Then the middle goblin leaps at me, and in mid air, he is blasted back by a fireball from my sorceress.

I never cease to be amazed by the amount of "hell yes" moments this game produces. Wonderful combat system.

Good ol' Rei. He is my constant companion. But what I love most about him is how he echoes my thoughts.

When I finished the escort duty, Symone now has a pink aura around her. I was dreading that development.

Rei said: "I fear you made a friend out of her"

Man, he made me laugh!

One time I was being swallowed by the Archydra in the EF (It was horrible *shudder*)
So anyway, being swallowed by a hydra my pawn shouts at me "None may touch the Arisen" Right after that she cuts off the Hydra head. It was amazing...
