Alley Oops...

I'm playing My Player as a Center, I call an alley oop and jump up and the ball just bounces off my hands. This has happened 3 times already and it's annoying. Do I have to increase my hands ability to catch alley oops?

As you would normally throw one in an exhibition game, LT + B.

This is good to know. I've often wandered how this was done. I haven't worried about it too much though because my shooting sf only has a 46 dunk rating.

I'm a 5'9" PG and my dunk is almost maxed (4th season), but I honestly did not realize you could do this. I'm used to having the ball often and obviously I was aware I could throw alley oops. I learned this accidentally in the half court offense. I was on the wing going to the opposite wing to come off a couple picks for the 3 and for some reason while going through the lane our SG through the ball up towards the hoop and MP's animation swung that way and I jumped up and caught the pass and THREW the HAMMER DOWN (as Austin Carr would say). I was intrigued to say the least.

Sweet story, right?
