Didn't know that the Nomad could stream data.

Nomad was a portable genesis with a screen. Not really the same thing.

you could connect it and player 2 could play on the TV while you played on the screen.

Sega also did the "screen in a controller" first with Dreamcast. Nintendo is just stealing all of Sega's idea and doing a better job with them. I think the problem was that Sega was just too ahead of their time.
