i AM NO EXPERT, I JUST PLAY MY GAMES ON EXPERT =p In all seriousness. I am mainly sick of people downing a new consoles power, controller, on-line, and IP's with no valid reasoning. Have they played the new console? Have they gotten a hold of the official specs? Does Nintendo really need a new IP? (EF off you trolls and flamers, Nintendo has more IP's than you can shake a stick at) Do they realize that the current 3rd party support is sure to grow and we more than likely wont lose it on a console that seems like it will cater to our needs in flexibility for gaming? Last of all , at this point in time, I see no issues with the controller. I held my Classic controller upside down and it felt vastly more comfortable. Though the sliders Im straddling the fence on. I like it on 3ds but wanted dual. Im getting dual on their console and I wont know if I love it til I play it.
Your naysaying the naysayers. Hypocritical topic is hypocritical. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No matter how strongly you disagree. --- Black Ops - wP/Snake - 1338 7965 5875 This sentence is false. I am lying.
Im sorry, how do you figure. Im asking that all Naysayers bring some concrete facts in before downing it. So please do explain. The topic is anything but hypocritical. My topic is simply asking questions and stating that if there is no official release regarding certin content, dont go throwing it over a cliff. If you read through my whole post. You would notice that I said I like the sliders on my 3ds but am not going to say I prefer them over analog as thats what I have been gaming with for years now.
zerowest24 posted... i AM NO EXPERT, I JUST PLAY MY GAMES ON EXPERT =p No you don't. In all seriousness. I am mainly sick of people downing a new consoles power, controller, on-line, and IP's with no valid reasoning. So more then likely paying $400+ for a console that will be outdone by 2 new ones within a year of its release isn't valid reasoning? Have they played the new console? If I said I had you couldn't prove me wrong. Have they gotten a hold of the official specs? Who needs specs when the heads of nintendo are stating themselves that the Wii U isn't really anymore powerful then the PS3 or 360. Does Nintendo really need a new IP? (EF off you trolls and flamers, Nintendo has more IP's than you can shake a stick at) I guess it doesn't matter if they are good or not? Nintendo may have more but only maybe 2 of them can stack up to what MS and Sony offer. Uncharted or Gears of War kick Marios ass any day. Do they realize that the current 3rd party support is sure to grow and we more than likely wont lose it on a console that seems like it will cater to our needs in flexibility for gaming? Actually since Nintendo is talking that they will not have there own gaming service, that all 3rd party developers have to run there own servers for online gaming, I think a lot are going to say FUDGE THAT! No second slider for FPS, and after seeing the amount of demos of games that require you to hold the damned controller in one hand tells me lots of broken screens among other issues from it being dropped.
Have they played the new console? Have they gotten hold of the official specs Same thing could be said to you. Does Nintendo really need a new IP? (EF off you trolls and flamers, Nintendo has more IP's than you can shake a stick at) First, you ask a question, then you tell the persons you are addressing to **** off? Second, it's not hard to imagine people being a bit peeved at Nintendo for the constant franchise milking they do. And this is an opinion anyway. Do they realize that the current 3rd party support is sure to grow and we more than likely wont lose it on a console that seems like it will cater to our needs in flexibility for gaming? No guarantees or promises. Opinions. At this point in time, the naysayers have the right to negative speculation, to speak their mind. It's Nintendo's fault for giving us the year wait. It's only natural that such reactions are cropping up. And it's their opinions. Yes, trolls are annoying and probably don't know what their talking about, but you can't silence their opinion. Especially with what little facts you do have. TL;DR All people are entitled to their opinions. Get over it. --- Black Ops - wP/Snake - 1338 7965 5875 This sentence is false. I am lying.

So more then likely paying $400+ for a console that will be outdone by 2 new ones within a year of its release isn't valid reasoning? Price is a guess. No other consoles have even been announced therefore will not likely be out within one year of the Wii-U. Have they played the new console? If I said I had you couldn't prove me wrong. Console is not finalized. No one has actually played it yet. Just a prototype. Have they gotten a hold of the official specs? Who needs specs when the heads of nintendo are stating themselves that the Wii U isn't really anymore powerful then the PS3 or 360. PR. And they said drastically. They still said it was more powerful. Does Nintendo really need a new IP? Nintendo may have more but only maybe 2 of them can stack up to what MS and Sony offer. Uncharted or Gears of War kick Marios ass any day. That is your taste, that doesn't guarantee it to be true to anyone else but you. It has two sliders, go look again. 3DS has only one. --- "To hell with your spoiled baby! Zoidberg needs those shoes!"

Thank you for trolling, So like I had said, dont down it without facts. Now as for opinions, I am not seeing any opinion in what you said, it looked like your trying to argue. Im assuming your not in grade school. All your supposed opinions were speculations. So fail some more.
Nintendo does need new IPs. The only thing they've done lately is Wii sports/Wii play. Instead they take things that could have been new IPs and slap an existing brand on it. See Kirby's Epic Yarn
I wont say they need them, but it wouldnt hurt. Look at Kid Icarus getting booted back up after 20 years(I dont feel like researching the original release date) They have alot of IP's that could be developed, where is Killer Instinct? *IMO* new IP's arent a bad idea, but to develope current untapped IP's isnt a bad idea either ^ this is a opinion for those that dont know =P
lets see the wii was supposed to be great. have all this great 3rd party support. but then for us naysayers it turned out to be a big disapointment. the wii u look like it might go down that same road. some of use when we go to buy something we want the best value for the amount of money we pay. at this point its hard to say if nintendo can deliver. it seams likly it be good at first but then it stop being good. |
