Gotta get them clicks somehow.

I can bet one of these "news" sites will attack the Vita soon enough.

I was actually taken back by how clunky the controller looked when they unveiled it. I'm sure it'll look much different by the time it actually gets released though.

-shrug- it kinda does, now that i think about it. but then, that's glorifying the ipad far, far too much for my tastes.

same... i still wonder how someone's fingers aren't going to get tired of being behind the screen, kinda crushed there... flat controllers never worked nicely before, and won't start now... and nintendo, if they're going to try to have a load of third party titles, really needs to get in the business with some triggers.

Not surprised, since Nintendo is refocusing on core games (and the casual, non-gamer label won't have a big presence here like it did on the original Wii) we're now back to to this tired ass criticism that plagued the GameCube years.

The controller is great. Lightweight, easy to use. I found nothing wrong with it.

Games consoles are toys.

I know some people (especially on GameFAQs) seem to have a weird complex about the word toy, because they don't want to be thought of as a child, and they wrongly think toys are only for children. However, by any sensible definition of the word toy, games consoles are toys...and there's nothing wrong with that.

This is not the only new controller that has had a bad comparison, and in fact, I much prefer this one over what some people were and are saying about the Move controls.

Do not go to these sites if you are easily offended. It does have pro-Move opinions but the comparison of what the controller looks like may offend some people.

Basically, the ummm friendliest comparison that I have seen was that of a dog's chew toy.

I personally would take the comparison of a controller to a kid's version of an IPAD any day of the week over the other comparison made for the Move.

I would also like to note that the guy giving the one view designs games for phones and what not while these others are done by people who look at these products for a living and get paid to give their thoughts on the matter.

Possible definition for toy:
An object, esp. a gadget or machine, regarded as providing amusement for an adult: "in 1914 the car was still a rich man's toy"

Got that from google.

Wikipedia's first sentence on "Toy" is: "A toy is any object that can be used for play."

A video game console is very much a toy.

Maybe I'm taking this the wrong way and the TC thinks that the controller is so bad that it will be impossible to play with.
