So, there's a large chance we'll be able to download GC games from this baby. Therefore, coundn't we send those games to the controller and play them from there? It's not exactly portable because you can't get too far away from the TV, but hey, whatever. So, do you think this is gonna work? I don't see why it wouldn't, but who knows, it might not happen.

Actually, we don't know that yet, but the patent calls for them.

How many GC games used analog triggers? I can only think of one, SMS.

both Rogue Squadron 2 & 3 used them as well

A simple tap/hold can work for the rogue squadron games (or using one of the extra buttons as full boost or brake)

Metroid Prime had the L button analog as well, light press to strafe and full press for lock-on. Though there really isnt much use for that.

F-Zero GX does use analog triggers but no clicking, though I have no idea how much of this precision is required, but probably is useful.
