I think it has been said before, but it is almost impossible to do something new nowadays.

Almost anything in games you will see in the future has a 90% probability of having already been done at some point.

The first Mario galaxy is still amazing. So platforming still has lots of potential.

Come on let's be honest guys, almost every decent game this gen either got 8 or 9. Getting a 7 however means it is mediocre by this gens standards. 7.8 means its a decent game and nothing to be worried about.

Also why do people say Sony Fanyboys like Restitance? I am picking it up probably the next time i go to GameStop for 5 bucks.

They are unimpressive to reviewers not players. I'm sure this game will sell an amazing amount. Its not like they put effort into this series in the same way they do for main mario games. Its just a spin off series that sells a ton.

N64 only had one mario game
GC only had one
Wii had two main mario games

All of them of amazing quality. So nothing has happened other then people treating NSMB as something more then a spin off series.

I don't know what exactly it is that he did, but he corrupted Nintendo to its very core, and now we have the men (or at least entities using their names) behind some of the best games of all time producing some of the very worst games of all time

how can the same man behind the masterpiece that is Kirby Super Star also be behind the abominations Brawl and Kid Icarus: Uprising? I'm still trying to figure that one out

my top guess is Cthulu involvement
