If Wii U was dumb enough to support 4k. You need to pay this....

Thank god Nintendo isn't trying to commit suicide like other companies!

Is that it? I thought it would be over $30,000. I might get one next summer ONLY if games actually support the resolution.

Remember when the PS3 and the 360 came out? Yeah, HD TVs were quite expensive back then. One of the reasons Nintendo thought no one would care if the Wii remained in the past.

We all know the joke the Wii became after that. Hello already-outdated-Wii U!

They weren't over $10,000 now where they? Also HD TV's were expensive at the time, but what you fail to include was that the tech had already been available to the public 4 years prior. I mena damn man Xbox games was sporting the 720p badge. Until 1080p becomes standard and 720p is old there's no need to make a x4 or x8 jump to 4k resolution. The 4k TV's are damn expensive and probably won't be affordable until 2016+.

Hello out of business Sony!

Imagine a games framerate on 4KHD.

If the 720 doesn't use it, than support for the PS4 will probablly suck, and the 720 and Wii U will be developers console of choice.

Game development costs will go up the roof, more companies will close down, etc.

Almost all of the PS3's games aren't displayed1080p, heck, some aren't even at 720p.

Hello out-of-business-from-PS4 Sony!

Because making a console that supports 4K resolutions sure is costly. Hahahahaha I love to see you fanboys grasping at straws. Your desperation is sweet to watch.
