Nintendo almost certainly aren't going to get detailed on the specs. That's not their thing. You'll have to wait until someone takes the initiative to actually pull one apart and analyze the innards.

The only concrete thing we know is that it has 1GB RAM available for games

Most reports about the GPU says it's DX10.1 class, but we still don't know anything about its clock speed and such

Dx10.1 gpu (Radeon HD 6000-based), a quad-core CPU but one core devoted to the tablet, 2gb of ram, one for games, one for system...as for real technical stuff, Nintendo won't release that...
