Those specs are fake. They were confirmed fake weeks ago and somehow keep getting reposted everywhere.
Actually, they're not. Every single insider on GAF—IdeaMan, Iherre, Arkham, Bg, etc.—has said those are legit. Nintendo itself confirmed a few things from the leak today (32edram, 1gb for games).
TC we don't know all of the actual specs but we know it has twice the useable ram for games as the 360, a weaker CPU than the 360, a better gpu than the 360 (we still don't know how much). The gpu is the biggest unknown and also the one that will make the biggest impact with determining how much more powerful this is over current gen.
Three enhanced broadway cores (the cpu inside the Wii is named broadway) that right there debunks it. The Wii U cpu has been confirmed to be based off the Power 7 chip and the Watson Super Computer. Unless they drastically changed the Wii broadway into a multi core Power 7 chip (and yet kept the same codename as a weak and outdated chip in addition to a new codename that links it to the "Cafe" codename the Wii U was known as before it's reveal) then I have a hard time believing that to be accurate. That seems like a major slip up on the part of whoever wrote those specs.
Then you have that no actual specs were given, just an unlikely cpu and a already confirmed gpu brand. It is also missing the second 1gb of RAM. So those "specs" are pretty much worthless.
And no, the Wii U CPU has not been confirmed as weaker than the 360 CPU, it is just clocked slower based on how some developers have spoken. (and we all know that clock speed means nothing in regards to a chip's power)
Until someone rips a Wii apart we don't really have any clue on how powerful the Wii U truly is.
