Am I missing out for not playing Skyward Sword?

I tried to play Twilight Princess back when it first came out, and I just couldn't get into it. I didn't dig the motion control. I just wanted my classic Zelda.

Is Skyward Sword REALLY worth tolerating the motion controls and pick it up when I pick up the U at launch? It's basically a brand new game for me...

If you feel like you had to "tolerate" anything in Any game, it probably isn't for you. I love it, but I'm not going to recommend it to you because, I just don't think you would enjoy it.

If you don't like motion control you probably will quite before the first dungeon.

However, I found it to be a great game and the motion controls became second nature by the second dungeon.

The motion control in Skyward Sword is NOTHING like the motion control in Twilight Princess

Pretty much exactly what I would say. In fact I watched it happen to this girl I invited over to play SS. She basically quit before she even got to the first dungeon.

So if you hate motion controls for any reason, and you find yourself "tolerating" them, then no. This game is NOT worth it for you.

No.

It's by far the worst in the series.
