Bogus topic I can buy Nintendo products on Amazon and even use super saver shipping right now. I just got a Wii component cable from Amazon in the mail today.

They are not selling hardware (3DS/Wii U)

it's all still there. I can buy a 3ds with super saving shipping right now.

At MSRP with Amazon as the seller?

(this is only in the US)

Nvm it is shipping fulfilled by Amazon, but it is all 3rd party sellers.

Thanks for the link. Sorry if I sounded biased, I really do like both companies, I've been a fan of Amazon ever since I realized their prices often dropped before GameStop, and they have a bunch of exclusive preorder bonuses. Now I get most of my games at Amazon, and I'm even a "Prime" member, so I was obviously upset when I couldn't order the Wii U there. Don't take my word for it though, the link above clearly explains everything (better than I did) in a very fair way.

Nintendo refused to let Amazon sell unsold 3ds inventory at a discount, and amazon retaliated by marking large quantities of their 3ds inventory defective and either selling them at "warehouse discounts" and sending some back to Nintendo.

now that ****'s funny

nice to see someone stand up to Iwata's Nintendo
