They need to have advertisements on for wii u during dancing with the stars or honey boo boo to get the soccer moms interested. since that is nintendos target demographic they probably have no idea the wii u exists. I mean im getting the system and im not excited at all im more hyped for zoe hd collection and persona 4 golden. Cmon nintendo do a better job and get people excited for a new system!

Why would they pay all this money to hype up the system when it's already selling out? So they would be spending money to promote something people are currently unable to buy. That would be a waste of money.

One day when there is a strong catalogue of marquee titles and a < $199 price point, there will be some hype. Till then...

Well. There is one guy who started waiting outside a store a couple of days ago (basically he's waiting an entire month). He's aiming to be the first person in the world to buy a Wii U.
