Pro: Since people are comparing it to the DS, that means it'll have an excellent library of games!

Con: ...There's a chance Nintendo will slip too much into the FPS market...):

'FPS' games can be fun, just because a game has a first person view and you can shoot doesn't mean it's bad. Examples:

System Shock 2
Bioshock
Dishonored
Deus Ex
Deus Ex Human Revolution

I think Nintendo will make a good first party FPS game eventually, the market is there. I just don't like them on consoles.

Pro - Should be a sweet experience with the game pad and TV working together
Con - Does Nintendo finally have the support of all DEV's or will it become a shovelware, Nintendo game only battle ground again?

Will Nintendo finally get some new franchises and trilogy's?

Pro: It's brimming with potential for a variety of genres
Con: Where's all Nintendo's Killer apps and must haves like Super Mario Universe, Zelda U and Metroid Prime 4? They haven't said or shown anything of appeal like they did with Gamecube and Wii.

Pros: Strong 3rd party support, Lots of controller options
Cons: possibly too many games released right away, Start of paid dlc of something already there on Nintendo consoles

Positive:

Affordable pricing
Quality Product
New controller to advance the industry
Variety of controller options
Solid launch titles (not many games I want but it's expansive enough)
Bayonetta 2 (never thought they'd ever have a sequel)

Negatives:

Attracted a lot of trolls
Not enough titles I want to warrant a purchase at this time
Concerned they won't adopt a Steam style when it comes to DD
Limited system colors
Appeal to the "hardcore" could lead to more unintelligent mindless crap like on the PS3/360
It doesn't make waffles

Since TC can't obviously follow the topic title I decided to just mimic the TC's bias disposition.
