Metroid. The Prime games are already quite dark. Not that it needs an M rating, but it's the one that would suffer the least from it.

Metroid. Throw in a Samus striptease as the 100% ending of the next one and you've earnt that M rating while keeping the core game exactly the same.

Why do people correlate M-rating to "BEWBS!!!"? An M-rating will likely just include more blood/violence/language

Fire emblem, Zelda, metroid and maybe starfox. I mean most parents buy M games for kids who are older than 12. If you own an Xbox or ps3 then you know what I'm talking about.
