Guys dont fret just put the funds into your account and then reply to the email stating "resolved" in the message box no more no less. happened to me a couple of times.

Yeah, I wasted my time calling today and having the guy push the purchase through on the phone. Turns out they responded to my email an hour later. Everything is through and card is charged, I still find it funny it they flagged it.

And they claim they charge upon shipping, whether it's placing a hold or actually charging, it's still slightly deceptive.

to be fair they do have a link that will tell you they authorize the charges up to ten days in advance
