No. I'm not interested in Sleeping Dogs.

But you are interested in Shenmue. It's one of the closest games to Shenmue by the way along with Yakuza.

Meh. I watched some gameplay vids and it looked more like True Crime, which bores me. I just don't find it very enthralling.

True Crime sucks. This is WAY better. It has a good story too, and there is only a few gun fights, mostly later in the game, most of the fights are melee, there's also some parkour.

It's a really good game, sucks that it didn't sell incredibly well.

It's easily one of this year's best games IMO.

It's easily one of this year's best games IMO.

2012's best games, in my opinion:

January: Nothing good

February: Kingdom of Amalur, Darkness 2, SSX

March:Tales of Graces F, Rayman Origins (PC, the way it was meant to be played)

April: Shoot Many Robots (PC), Xenoblade Chronicles, Tribes Ascend, The Walking Dead

May: Dragon's Dogma

June: Max Payne 3, Gravity Rush, Lollipop Chainsaw, Magic the Gathering 2013

July: Rhythm Thief, Orcs Must Die 2!

August: Darksiders 2, Sleeping Dogs, Dark Souls (PC), Ratchet and Clank Collection, Final Fantasy Dimensions

September: Black Mesa, Borderlands 2, Torchlight 2, Tokyo Jungle

October: Sonic Adventure 2 HD, Pokemon Black 2, Dishonored, Retro City Rampage, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Mark of Ninja, AssCreed 3, Okami HD, Natural Selection 2

So far 2012 was a pretty good year for games, and still more to come.
