Wii U external Hard Drive will ONLY be formatted for Wii U and CANNOT work on PC

If Nintendo wanted to start following Sony's horrible practices so badly they shouldn't have even given us an option to use any external hdd.
Nintendo should have made proprietary external Wii U Hard Drives made specially for the Wii U because in the end they might as well do this because they are still screwing us.

Good to know. I'll transfer all the files on my 320GB to my 1TB, and plug the 320GB into the Wii U. 320GB should be more than enough since I'll probably just things that can't be bought on the PC.

the wii u probably uses its own filesystem. thats why it will format the drive. every system does it.
