Legend of the Dragoon (PS1)
Xenogears (PS1)

Bolded games aren't even close to underrated.

Alien Soldier is absolutely in no way an underrated game. ANYBODY and EVERYBODY who has played that game absolutely loves it. It may be lesser known, because it never came out in North America... but it is certainly not an underrated game.
