LOL at all the fanboy circle jerking in this thread. These very same people looking for excuses to discount the review would be JUMPING FOR JOY if the score were good.

I can see using the Cricket Bat being boring, but other than that, he's just complaining that the game isn't actiony like Left 4 Dead.

Yeah, the entire theme of the review is "I love how the multiplayer is ACTION. GUNS. BLAZING.... why isn't the main game like that?"

It's like asking why Fantasia didn't have Led Zeppelin in it.

I wouldn't, I can't think of a single reviewer outside of Ben at the PA report that I trust at all. If he comes out and says it sucks I will be worried.

I think what people don't understand about reviewers is it doesn't matter what site they are on you just have to find a single reviewer that you generally agree with since one person on a site might hate everything you love and his opinions would be bad advice for you to follow.

ZombiU is the Red Steel of the WiiU, a medicore to terrible FPS game made by Ubisoft built up by fanboys to be better than any shooter on PS3 and Xbox 360 which is then released to bad-to-average reviews, and 6 months down the line is either forgotten or remembered as a really crappy game.

Red Steel wasn't developed by the same devteam that made ZombiU.

ZombiU is the Rayman Origins, Beyond Good and Evil and Sands of Time team. In short, their best developer.

It's like saying "Activision released Big Rigs... I wouldn't expect Blizzard to make a good game"
