Wait so... its only got 32gb max... supports hdd's but cant actually access them for games (still questioning this) and a shop full of FULL games... how long do they expect this to last. Either they will drop an update, new sku, or REALLY dont realize how big data is on some of this crap.

That article contradicts a number of other articles online that say that you CAN play games from an external HDD.

Yes you can play from USB hdd.
You CANNOT play from:
sd card or flash drives [thumb drive, usb stick etc]

I know from:
I have my WD 500gb passport hooked up to my wii U, i have NSMBU & scribble naughts on it.


What you cannot do:

You cannot copy a game from retail disc to hdd and play without disc (ala xbox 360 & ps3)
