there is like a little bit of the edges are cut off, the displayed graphics are too big for the TV.

A fix, but only for Samsung HDTVs. If you have something else, you're out of luck (like I am).

Hopefully Nintendo will get this fixed ASAP.

I have an LG and set mine to "Just scan" and it solved the problem.

Go into the eShop, there was a setting in there to adjust you screen. Weird place I know, but it worked for me. It showed 4 arrows in the four corners of your screen and you could adjust it so the arrows properly fit.

That only applies to the e-shop itself. It doesn't affect
anything else.

I don't really mind it, since the games don't do it but, they really should fix it.

I see it in my games just like I see it in the WaraWara Plaza and the main menu, etc.

Depends on what TV you have. The trick is to get Overscan to turn off, and each TV seems to do it differently, if it does it at all.

Changing your input type to 1080p or PC seems to work for some people.
