Hmmm... who to trust...

I'm going to go with the better developer.

As in, the one you agree with.

No, as in the one that actually has technically impressive games.

There are more companies commenting on the weakness of the CPU than there are commenting on how strong it is. Stop cherry picking things to make yourself feel better.

Much akin to the cherry picking you're doing to 'verify' claims that the console is sub par?

What am I cherry picking? The RAM is slower and the CPU is weaker/slower, these are things we know at this point. Only the GPU is stronger, and not by much.

"We had an early look at it-"

Uh-huh. Here we go again. Must I go on to repeat what I've been saying?

Yup. Can't and won't defend this. Poor, poor choice on Nintendo's part if true, which it is seeming to be.

... with that said. I am still very happy with the purchase. I have 3 different platforms to play games on. When I purchased this system, I did so for first party exclusive Nintendo games as I missed out on them last gen with the Wii and I know I will be happy with those games. nsmbu is already one of my favorite games this year and I have liked both Zombi U and NintendoLand.

I am nowhere near fanboy enough to defend Nintendo's decision to put extremely gimped hardware in their system as mentioned above, however and I definitely agree with the poster above. The worst thing that will happen because of this is loss of games that will come to every other system. Luckily for me, money isn't an issue and I will buy whatever looks good. I feel sorry for those who will only have the Wii U this next gen and will miss out on many games because of Nintendo not delivering a system that is at least minimum standards for what is coming up.

Very disappointing to say the least, but on the other hand, I have had a blast with this system so far, so it is bittersweet I guess.

I bet you're one of those Sony Ponies who just searched the Wii U on google to find a negative claim about it and post it here. Now aren't you?

Like the cherry picking they do with reviews, ignoring the decent ones...

I'm glad at least one Nintendo fan can make a decent response without attempting to spin.

You gotta love when an actual developer says its slow, then you get 4 pages of nintendrones saying it doesnt suck. Derp, you ever make games? A freaking developer said it sucks. Have fun arguing with him.

Metro sucks. I didn't buy my Wii U to play Metro.
