Wii U launch isn;t as bad as 360's 50% + failure rate.

Like what 1 out of every 3 launch Xbox 360 rrod?
And then 50% chance the other 2 will rrod at a later date.

Other than morons not knowing how to do an update I wonder if there have been any "rrod" issues yet with wii u.

50% RROD rate? That's being generous it was more like 75%-80. I'm on my 7th friggin 360 and I take good care of my stuff, lot of good it did me with that POS.

I'm not trolling. I've been a die-hard Nintendo fan since the NES, but enough is enough. Their latest effort is just embarrassing. Go ahead and support mediocrity if you wish, though.

Got it home, RROD straight away...

I've had a single 360 for years.

Don't make a reassurance topic trashing something else for no reason. Wii U is terrible in its current state, live with it.

This is coming from a guy who is getting one when Monster Hunter comes out.

Launch Window is not taken into account for any other console but the Nintendo consoles.

Whereas the failure rate of 50% of Xbox 360s is completely made up. But I am willing to pretend it is on the Internet somewhere, but written no earlier than 3 years after the launch of the X360.

Which means it isn't a valid comparison, at all.

Early Xbox360's had the disastrous RROD fiasco but Microsoft practically made house calls to remedy the trouble and the redesigned 360's are magnificent and as well made as any Nintendo past console.

Hopefully Nintendo gives as much effort to fix Wii U's shaky launch.
