I haven't seen the video, but I guess we're talking about "Staring down the Orange" Bill as of the Wii U video.

What was the deal with the orange?


The deal was that Bill was doing his take on Iwata, who during his pre-E3 presentation of the Wii U, was suddenly staring down a group of Bananas, in like fashion. He was seen doing it after an example video of Wii U play. It became a bit of a Nintendo meme and Bill was continuing it. Who knows, maybe Reggie and/or Miyamoto will do the same, with different fruit.
