Shining Force 4 (even though it'll never happen in this dimension)

this, but made by camelot (the developers of the old shining games)

Lol we are more likely to see Phantasy Star 5 then Shining Force 4. :p
I want you to know I hate you personally.

I'd kill for an online Jet Set Radio with dual analog controls and lock-on, tagging with prompts while moving, tricks and boosting from JSRF, day and night cycles instead of a fixed day time for each district, dynamic police, military and gang chases, and the occasional Boss battles. Cities should be as wide and linear as the special modes ask for it, meaning Tagging challenges should take place in open areas, while racing should take place in more linear ones. However, these should blend well together and allow the player to infinitely grind around, which was something the original Jet Set Radio had and was missing in Future. Oh, and no time limits except for the special challenges.

But being realistic: Phantasy Star Online 2.

Hmm a flag with the peace symbol on it. Your militant dictatorship can't have that, now can it Mario?

I'll second Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and add a new Out Run, Beach Spikers, and Space Harrier. They can just be eShop releases for all I care.

I'd be happy to see Panzer Dragoon brought back in some format, or a Project Diva game getting localized for the western audiences.
Understand this: Game reviews are written by people who think being a "video game journalist" is possible.
