Meh, we knew the power ahead of time. Nintendo was up there on stage showing gameplay day one it was announced.

We don't know what the ps4 and 720 will actually have though, or when they will actually come out. And even then give the systems a good one to two years after they come out to really see anything amazing on it. The launch and first year tend to look like nothing more then a bit more polished last gen system games.

But I hope the other two systems man up and not pull a sony and walk up on stage showing cgi tech demos and say that's what games are going to be like.

I care but I already knew, so yeah...

No.

If I want the power of the PS4 and Xbox 720, I'll do the sensible thing and buy a PS4 or Xbox 720, instead of sit and complain that the Wii U doesn't have that much power.

I got the Wii U for the sick ass controller, for the great Nintendo exclusive games (both made by Nintendo and not), and for the fact that I, SHOCKER, love great video games regardless of how powerful a system is, and the Wii U is going to have its fair share of strong games this gen that I can't experience anywhere else.

Nintendo's next console will be out by late 2017 (5 year cycle) the real question is, will devs have moved on from using the 360 and Wii U hardware ballpark as their base target or will they simply be scaling the games up for the more powerful machines by then?

Come 2017 Nintendo will be in a great position to release another console, and neither Sony or Microsoft will be ready to release another System until 2018 at the absolute soonest, 2019 is the most likely year for that.

Not really. Show me games....that aren't shooters. I'm pretty sure I bought the 360 for NHL 08

It doesn't matter until the PS4 or 720 have a Zelda game...

Yes I care

Wii-U $350 and 360 will probably be here next year, with a price tag similar and better hardware

If the Wii U were cheaper, not a problem but it's not

I just want to play my games.
I don't care if the system is doing PS3 graphics or PS4 graphics. I'm going to buy multiple systems anyways, and pick and choose what titles I want on each system. Big difference will be that I won't then go into the other system's message board to post lensoftruth links to start an argument.
