Usually new consoles sell a lot better than old hardware. .

Playstation 2 Worldwide 153.19 million
Xbox 360 Worldwide 70 million

OMG PS2 sold more than 360!!!
Clearly 360 is failing cause it sold less and is newer!!

Wait, we are going to factor in price? When the Wii was outselling the PS3 and 360, where were people saying that it was because of it's price? Flip flop Nintendo fanboys, flip flop

People like you were saying the Wii only sold due to price. If you're going to call anyone out on flip flopping, don't forget to look in the mirror, bro.

Yup because clearly they are both equal in the games they offer.

Oh wait they aren't.

So, you're saying that the Wii U offers nothing that isn't already available on the 360?? Ok!

Wii U: 400,000 units
360: 750,000 units

Nearly 2 to 1

Is it a coincidence that the price difference is also 2 to 1?

You can buy two 360's for the price of one Wii U.

Hmmm...

Which is ironic considering that many people believe that the Wii U multi-plat games look only as good as their Sony/MS counterparts.

Although a better starting point (graphics wise) for the 'previous gen,' that is not a good starting point to be at for the advent of MS/Sony's new consoles.

The Wii U supply is currently much more limited than Xbox & ps3, so its not really that suprising.

Poorly developed ports which happen to be launch titles.
